The work of Nauzet Mayor deals with different discourses referring to the contemporary art system as analysis and critique of several of its main actors and mechanisms. 

Mayor uses both the artist's own praxis and his relationship with other indispensable cultural professionals and some established procedures that structure and condition this praxis as a conceptual glossary. 

The aim is to articulate projects that try to create a focus of attention on these topics through ceramic sculpture, drawing and installation. 

In the artist's recent works there is an intention to question the artistic fact from the social and the personal, highlighting the paradoxes of artistic work in contemporary society.
