This volume compiles a set of short stories by Ambrose Bierce, a classic American writer, adapted to comic with humour and strength by Tatum. This Argentinian artist shows up in the Spanish comic scene in the eighties, when he started to publish in several local newspapers and national magazines. In this graphic novel, Tatum keeps some characteristics of his work from the eighties, such as the spontaneity and a drawing style with no superficial ornaments and  in which narrative is always the most important.
