OVELLA NEGRA

OVELLA NEGRA (Joan Frontera Luna, Palma 1986; Pablo Di Salvo, Billinghurst 1973; and Teo Salvà Palma, 1987), fuses traditional music from the Islands and jazz. Dancers and dancers complete their show by bringing movement to both styles, interweaving dances typical of the Islands with dances typical of swing. The arrangements by Joan Frontera Luna, on the piano, gain strength with the contribution of Teo Salvà on drums and Pablo Di Salvo on double bass when they interpret jotas, boleros, fandangos or even those passed through the sieve of jazz.
