The formation was created in 2015 to pay homage to Stéphane Grappelli as well as to the jazz manouche of the Hot Club de France’s quintet. The repertoire is conformed by swing themes from the 30s and the 40s, and by songs from contemporary authors such as Serge Gainsbourg or Romane. In 2009 he creates his own band devoted to jazz, called "Enrique Pastor & Co." with which he records, in 2015, his first record, called Cambios. He is a violin professor in the Professional Music and Dance Conservatory in Mallorca.
