Toc de Crida

Toc de Crida was founded in 2022 and released their self-titled debut album on December 11, 2023. Recorded at Estudi Swing and released by the Microscopi label, the album earned them a spot as finalists in the Enderrock Balears Awards. At the end of 2024, they released the single Escalivada Mix, which was among the 25 most viewed music videos on Enderrock. During 2024, they collaborated with a creative director on their new stage show, which will premiere in 2025 in Mallorca and Catalonia at the Ethnocatalonia Festival (Banyoles). They are also preparing new music for the end of the year.

Toc de Crida is fresh and joyful, blending tradition with musical modernity. Drawing from the instrumental and melodic roots of Mallorca, they have created an original musical proposal, unadorned, with great energy and rhythm. They see traditional music as a true bridge between sister cultures and have integrated this fusion into their sound. Their music incorporates influences from North Africa, the Valencian Country, Catalonia, Euskal Herria, Italy, Brazil, the Eastern Mediterranean, and Northern Europe.
