Rosa Planas Ferrer, from an extensive bibliography and documentation, folds in this volume the history and documentary location of each and every one of the nicknames assigned to the fifteen surnames chuetas. In this volume, the author composes the history of the great family clans of the Segell district, in Palma; some clans whose power was precisely determined by belonging to one or another nickname. The author, therefore, not only bets on transmitting a series of historical knowledge, but also puts anthroponymy at the urban service of the city of Palma.
