INFORMATION

The novel is based upon a real story of a brave woman, ahead of her time, that fights against the rules during the years of the French Revolution, a moment of change, a bridge between worlds. While in France the guillotine makes heads roll, in Majorca, a traditional and intolerant society, a young girl enchanted by books decides to put into practice the main ideas of the Revolution. Against everything and everybody, she will open the first school for girls.
