INFORMATION

Story of a member of the clandestine Democratic Military Union (UMD) who lived from the flag rooms of the Spanish military barracks the coup d'état of 23F in 1981. The work also bears witness to the transition in the Army, an institution trained and educated to guarantee the survival of Franco' s regime even without Franco. Gabriel Cardona voluntarily left the army after the attempted coup d'état of 23F, to devote himself to teaching history at the University of Barcelona.
