Les darreres paraules

INFORMATION

In a found manuscript, Ludwig Salvator of Habsburg-Lorraine (Florence, 1847-Bohemia, 1915) confesses all the secrets of his love affairs, some of them tragic, and offers his points of view, both personal and objective, on the events that changed Europe in the 20th century, from Mayerling to Sarajevo. He was cousin of Emperor Franz-Joseph and empress Elisabeth, the famous Sissi, and he might had been able to avoid the break of World War I. He was a mysterious and avid traveller, a man of letters, a naturalist and an ecologist avant la lettre, and fell in love with Majorca, where he built his own little paradise. Les darreres paraules (Last words) reveals, in this fake memoirs, the familiar, sentimental and political experiences of an extraordinary character who, despite being part of the most important imperial house in Europe, lived an unconventional life.
