After publishing his first book of poetry with the book Morfologia d'una femme semàntica (Lleonard Muntaner, 1998), Víctor Gayà presents his second book of poems, of which a new version of La Balanguera stands out, which already shows the treatment of bitterness and irony that we find in all the verses of the book. A reflection, however, on this petit patit país (small suffered country), approached with the sarcasm and skepticism that all the poems exude and that offer the reader a particular vision of the subject.
