INFORMATION

Polyphemus, the cruel devourer of men, the single-eyed cyclops embedded in the forehead, humbly and pathetically exposing his personal tragedy, with the consequent and immediate rejection by the tyrants Fálaris and Creonte, of Egisto the adulterer, of Clitemnestra, also adulteress and parricide, and of the Danaides, also parricides, but on commission.... Very often he interrupts the reasoning of Polyphemus, his almost twin brother and I guess Télemos, who makes clear to him the unavoidable truth, superior to human desires and individual philosophy. Llorenç Moyà self-portraits in this work, identifying himself with Polyphemus, being one-eyed and homosexual.
