The Variacions Niemöller (the Variations Niemöller) are a series of pieces, all inspired by Martin Niemöller's well-known poem. In this set, different voices deal with different aspects of commitment and involvement, ranging from the social and political sphere to the most intimate and personal, and always in an incisive, sharp manner.

The formal simplicity and structural reiteration of these texts by Víctor Gayà make his statements more impressive. In any case, the literary question is an intrinsic part of the proposal, a naked, essential component, where frequent paradoxes and antithesis go beyond simple rhetorical resources.
