Between magical realism and rural drama, Mus draws the Mallorcan society, with a fine humour and, at the same time, a great dramatic charge. The novel tells us about the life of Aineta, a young woman who soon becomes an orphan, and who must seek life for herself. In addition, she tells us about her relationship with a young blond whose name we never know, or with a dead aunt who appears in the mirror. From the company Can Desbuc, we wanted to give theatrical life to this text, trying to be faithful to the style of Mus, a style that, read with theatrical eyes, is quite in line with the latest trends of contemporary theater.
