This project tries to rescue the poetic facet of the famous writer Edgar Allan Poe, recovering some of his best-known poems, trying to project the essence of their content and taking care of the relation of the metric and the rhyme with the music in the original language. ‘POE’ promotes and accompanies as an authentic artistic challenge, the message of these singular poems with a contemporary, original and colourful musical style. The ensemble is integrated by: Miguel Benito: drums; Carlos Sánchez de Medina: electric bass; Daniel García Diego: piano and keyboards; Marie Martín: vocals; Marcos Collado: guitar and music composer.
